The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is copyright Alcumus Sypol Limited and is protected by Copyright laws and International treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All Rights are reserved. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. By Installing, copying or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, Alcumus Sypol Limited is unwilling to license THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT to you. In such event, you may not use or copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and you should promptly contact Alcumus Sypol Limited for instructions on the return of the unused SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Any Materials generated by this program may not, under this License Agreement, be supplied or sold to third parties outside the License Holder without the express written permission from Alcumus Sypol Limited. Likewise, pictograms, databases or other information generated by the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be used or incorporated into any other program or documention or tranmitted on any media including magnetic, optical, paper or elecronically unless approved by Alcumus Sypol Limited.

You are granted a LICENSE to this software in accordance with the License Details of the License Diskette supplied with this product. By way of example, if your license allows for 3 Users, permission is granted for the use of the THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a maximum of 3 Consecutive users on a Network, or its use on 3 individual computers only.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Alcumus Sypol Limited may terminate this License if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions herein described. In such an event you must destroy all copies of THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all its component parts.

THIS SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTUCULAR PURPOSE.

Alcumus Sypol Limited does not warrant that the functions contained in the program will meet your requirements or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error free. The entire risk as to the use, quality and performance of the program is with you.

THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, ALCUMUS SYPOL LIMITED, MAKES AND YOU RECIEVE NO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, AND SYPOL LIBERTY RISK SERVICES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

ALCUMUS SYPOL LIMITED ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED A REFUND OF THE LICENSE FEE PAID FOR THE PROGRAM. IN NO EVENT WILL ALCUMUS SYPOL LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM OR ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF ALCUMUS SYPOL LIMITED OR AN AUTHORIZED AGENT OR DEALER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
